Celebrating the talents and achievements of young film makers from across the Goldfields Shire
A joint initiative between Go Goldfields and the Federal Government’s Building Better Regions Fund.
This project saw 10 local young people work with professional filmmakers from Indimax Productions to create their very own creative stories. Young aspiring filmmakers were given four months to write, direct and edit their short films.
Under the guidance and mentorship of Indimax Productions, the 10 participants have been involved in every part of film making from script writing, sound and lighting, cinematography, set design, directing, editing – the list goes on.
The young film makers were Avalon Game, Campbell Latch, Charlie Butler, Demi Walker, Lewis Butler, Rachel Gabell, Ryan Prime, Harry Cain, Tyler Warwick and Zachary Hayward
This project wouldn’t have been possible without funding from the Australian Government’s Building Better Regions Fund and our Short Flix co-ordinator, Suzi Cordell who did a fantastic job in overseeing the whole project.
